We had the best experience with Robert and Ethan. They not only had very competitive, fair pricing, but they also showed up on time, were very courteous, and explained everything well. There was a minor issue with the system a couple days after install, nothing that was their fault, but they showed up immediately to fix it. I will definitely be calling this team again when I need help with heating or cooling. Give them a try, you won't regret it!
We had a power surge that knocked out multiple circuits and fried a component of our furnace. After the electrical issue was fixed, Ethan and Robert quickly jumped on a call to troubleshoot and help diagnose the furnace issue. With no easy self-help fix, they hustled over to the house and repaired the fried transformer on the spot, returning heat to our house on the coldest days of the winter so far. I did a (possibly too) thorough bidding process for my residential furnace install and decided to go with 406. They installed a super high efficiency / high quality furnace for a very good price, found solutions to retrofit my existing HVAC, and were super professional and timely.
