Kristin is a great property manager. She took great care of my properties after being neglected by a bad property manager. Good communication and always honest about the issues w the properties. Distribution and statement were always sent out on time. She also worked hard to fill my vacant properties quickly. All in all, we had a great experience w her.
Gave us a chance when nobody would, worked with us through out our lease. Maintenance was nice and professional, and always on time. Very good company to rent from.
Kristin Girardot is the greatest landlord I’ve ever had or came in contact with. EXTREMELY understanding and helpful. She’s a landlord with a heart and actually cares about her tenants that doesn’t give her a hard time. Communicates well and always answers the phone during an emergency.
