I'm giving this one star simply because I don't think it exists anymore. It's definitely not at the location listed in Google and their website seems to be no more.

I was just there with my 12 year old son to get a chain put on his bike, my son tried to tell me the chain was not going to fit well I said let ask someone that knows so we went to this shop. Well they kinda put it on and charged me $10 to do so well it didn’t work my son was right and they guy didnt apologize Or even offer me my money back or try to help an any other way! I won’t be going back

Bought a nice bike from this store early in the calendar year and have come back a couple of times since then for other help (clips, bike fitting). I'm pretty sure we bought the bike from an employee who was helpful and low pressure as described by others. However, we've since met with someone else (I believe it may be the owner) and have found him to be incredibly rude.
