Great service! – I could not be happier with my experience at this shop. I'm using these guys for years and I'm always very satisfied with the great service that they provided for me. They are always on time, professional friendly and very honest people. The owner do whatever he can do to keep his customers happy and provide the best service. As long as I have my Mercedes I will keep going there!!

Cleanest shop I've ever seen. – I've been looking for alternative to Audi dealership for some time. I tried a few shops in Santa Monica and one in West LA. I have to say that guys at 405 know everything about my Allroad. I had suspension problem and my car has air suspension which is expensive to repair. Piece of Garbage – I’ve lost three years of my life and thousands of dollars to Martin and his incompetent laborers (which rotate frequently.) If you want to read further enjoy the sad hilarity, but for the purpose of a review you can stop after the next sentence. 405 Auto, owned by Martin (was never informed of his last name) is the the worst choice in an auto shop that you will ever make.
