The salesmen were friendly and courteous. Although the car had a pre-existing issue that required immediate repairs, they worked with us to resolve the matter.
Very impressed with vehicle selection. The sales staff was courteous and profession. We purchased a 2014 VW Passat with only 34k miles. One owner, all service records, clean carfax. The best part was we saved $2,300 compared to a larger dealer in Clayton. They also got me a 2.79% rate on my loan. That was 2% lower than our credit union. Highly recommend 4042 Motors.
Great place to do business. The people are very knowledgeable, and have a large selection of well equipped vehicles, not you typical program cars like you find at the franchise dealers. They have some of the best financing available. Don't believe haters on here.
Currently have 2900 miles on vehicle and have had nothing but problems with the vehicle. Most started within the first week, with some starting within the first 2 days. I haven't even done the first oil change yet and already have to completely replace the exhaust from the engine back, had to have injectors clean because truck didn't want to start. Brake lines replaced, brake caliper replaced, evap system leaking, o2 sensor replaced, differential didn't have a drop of fluid in it, rust was covered by paint and ended up being... read more
I brought a Lincoln Navigator 2005 from you guys back in August 2014. I have to say that I am very disappointed in this vehicle and the service I've received regarding this SUV. One day after I got the truck... Avoid 4042 Motors! Be very careful when buying a vehicle from 4042 Motors. They recently sold me a used truck that had severe brake problems. Their mechanic attempted to hide it by putting on new brake pads on severely worn and damaged rear rotors. After driving it off the lot the rear rotors overheated nearly causing a fire because the rotors were warped and the calipers froze up. great place to buy a car !! All of the staff live and worship in the area ! Highly recommend
Bought a pt cruiser from them for my daughter. I told them the most important thing was that we needed something dependable. Problems since first day we got it spent almost $1000 on repairs and six months later spent $2400 because the head gasket got blown. Dont buy from them.
