My experience at 404 Stone has been amazing. Michael is a huge help and his knowledge of stone is key. Simone is our machine operator/rock picker...absolute doll. Honestly, they've fed my addiction to ROCK... Thank you all for a great experience every time.

Great service and products! They outdo themselves on a daily basis to make sure I have the material I need when I need it. Always know new products available.

At first was very, very impressed with the Customer Service at the front desk! However, when I did get my order, and we were on the job, I noticed that the stones were actually the wrong color. So I called and the lady politely told me that she would try to get the order sent out to me the following workday.. I also ended up, doubling the order as I had miscalculated the size of the project. I was then told that they would charge me an extra $175 delivery fee when they did swap the stones out. I had very good experience at 404 Stone Newmarket location recently. I wanted to build up a small garden in my backyard by myself. My order is not a big order but Amy patiently answer all the questions I had. She has very good knowledge for all product they had and give me very helpful advise. And help me find good pavers to match my budget. Really surprised for all service she provided to me. Thank you Amy. Good service!!
