Waited for 1 hour to be loaded, very disorganized and non-helpful. Many better yards in the area.
My experience at 404 Stone has been amazing. Michael is a huge help and his knowledge of stone is key. Simone is our machine operator/rock picker...absolute doll. Honestly, they've fed my addiction to ROCK... Thank you all for a great experience every time.
Great service and products! They outdo themselves on a daily basis to make sure I have the material I need when I need it. Always know new products available.
At first was very, very impressed with the Customer Service at the front desk! However, when I did get my order, and we were on the job, I noticed that the stones were actually the wrong color. So I called and the lady politely told me that she would try to get the order sent out to me the following workday.. I also ended up, doubling the order as I had miscalculated the size of the project. I was then told that they would charge me an extra $175 delivery fee when they did swap the stones out.
