Horrible management
14 months and didn’t have any issues with the property, but my Trek bike was stolen and it was found. There are still mosquitoes growing in my diswasher. Maintenance did not fix the leak in it. Will not be renewing my lease.
404 Industrial was my first apartment and Struga Management made the process very simple and they were always very helpful. Maintenance was always very helpful and professional. The complex was always well maintained and I always felt safe with the gated building. It is a very quiet community and I was never worried about my packages being stolen or random people showing up. The units are very well maintained, modern, and spacious. If you are looking for a place to rent this complex is a great option!
