Dr Pellow is very thorough and patient. He is attentive and takes his time making sure all of your concerns are handled properly. I always feel well informed after my visits
The receptionists are the worst at filling out basic paperwork, no respect of deadlines or sense of urgency. Never have we seen such poor admin. Forms should not take weeks to submit or be filled out. They get rude when you call and question it.
