Took my Jeep Wrangler in to get a new heater core replaced and a oil change and tires rotated. They told me its a days worth of work to bring it in on a tuesday. Called later that day after dropping it off they did not do anything to my vehicle. I asked why? They said the main mechanic is out of town and will not be back till next week my car sat for 4 week days!! Why would I ever send anyone else your way when you treated my daughter and her fiance so badly?! Terrible business practice to treat your referrals so badly. You feeling some kinda way is no excuse for unprofessionalism! Now you've lost them as customers, and us too!! I'll never refer another, count on that!

I had a headlight out and I bought a new one but couldn't fix it myself so I took it there and I was in and out in 5 mins with no charge.Little things like that make you wanna go there for any further car issues.
As a fellow mechanic and manager of an automotive repair facility, I can say these guys were top notch! My younger brother recently broke down by the bridge on his way home and I called 404 because they looked like a reputable place. They were nothing short of phenomenal and reasonable in price towing my brothers car and having it fixed asap! Highly recommended from one auto shop to another!
Need a repair or just an oil change? I say check 404 Auto Repair out. Very professional and even after dropping my vehicle off when they were booked because of the holiday weekend and prepared to get it back the following week, I got a call saying it was ready the same day! Outstanding service, the nicest people you will ever deal with. I was a mechanic by trade for over 40 years. I am now disabled and 404 Auto does all of my work. It really says something when retired mechanic finds a shop to do his work and does not have one bad thing to say about them. Trust me, trust them with all of you repairs on your vehicles.
