Bought a house from 402 Home Buyers 4 months ago. Requested 3 repairs that they agreed to. First two were never fixed, and 3rd was only fixed because it was legally required and after being lied to multiple times and me finally sending pics they fixed. Final walk through, furnace had failed and pipes started to freeze. They fixed the furnace, which lasted until the day I moved in. Within hours of moving in, furnace failed completely.
