Great gnocchi here - the gnocchi was so good on its own it could easily be served in a marinara or piccata sauce as an alternative to the goat cheese sauce I had. The banana pudding cheesecake was a perfect dessert. They could have a wider selection of amaros but having one on the menu puts this place one step above the rest, who wouldn’t know an amaro if it hit them upside the head. Very nice atmosphere - great place to take a date for sure. A couple of blocks off the main downtown area which makes it nicer.
We had a quick dinner on a Thursday evening. We ordered a few cocktails which were good overall. The ones we ordered (paperplane, 1939, and French 75) were all solid cocktails. The brie appetizer was good (I really appreciated the roasted garlic but thought the bread could be slightly more robust. It was my husband’s favorite). My husband had the M&M burger. We held a 21st birthday party for my daughter at 21 Oak in the upstairs party room. Cora the event manager was easy to work with and so was Cale the general manager. Our bartender Josh and server Bella always had a smile and were very accommodating. The food and drinks were amazing. We will be back, easy to find parking and yet close to downtown with an intimate atmosphere. We couldn’t ask for a better experience, I wouldn’t change a thing.
Staff is professional and friendly. Food is perfect, I had pasta with beef😋. And for dessert I had baklava and ice cream🍨. The environment is clean and welcoming. Will certainly bring friends to tryout this eatery.
