Had an amazing purchase experience at the dealership, Came in to just have a look as I heard good things about the dealership and the team didn’t disappoint. I have to hand it to the team for their professionalism and transparency. Would highly recommend this dealership.
By far the worst experience i’ve had at a dealership, I had a deal ready for a car but didn’t receive a single call over 2 weeks. I then went into the dealership to collect my deposit since we no longer wanted the car, the manager met us at the door and gave us many back handed comments such as “now you won’t get approved for a loan” and “I don’t give a shit about your bad review” the manager also actively threatened me saying “i have all your information now” and trying to withhold my deposit using fake laws to force us to ... read more
