Love my apt. But mgt is so bad. No maintenance here. Bugs you have to deal with your self. It's a good thing Metroplains won't be mgr soon. Hope new owners take more care.

Bedbug issues that never get resolved. Property Management company doesn't treat other unit's. And is in constant denial of issues or making excuses. Not proactive. Has not invested in updating units like they should. Unfortunate as the building is an important part of history for this downtown area. On site manager friendly and tries to assist, but limited hours of availability. Apartments small, and even renovated ones are definitely not good quality flooring, fixtures, or appliances but all cheap quality and products. Unf... read more
