The management's communication is horrible. We are still trying to get answers on moving out, when we moved out almost 3 weeks ago. They never reply to emails, in-person conversations at the office end with "I'll talk to my manager, I can't help you" but no talking to the manager happens (proven in later email conversation). Insane move out fees and practically no attempts to try and work with us or even communicate with us. They did a random audit on security deposits that are REQUIRED before they give you the keys, but did... read more
Moana and Dallin were amazing in getting me situated! They helped me through the whole process and to get me out of a bad situation! Thanks for being so incredible and speedy! Who knows you guys may have saved my life, but thank goodness I didn't have to find out! Thank you guys I am thankful to be apart of this community!!
