Pound for pound its excellent combination of dwellings and amenities. But there is like 5 rooms left and still plenty of under ground parking. My own experience is that leaves us to our own devices. Not hardly abandoned, they can be almost hours found cheerfully in their cozy shared office, a man and a female. They’re prompt with communications about needed adjustments, never have gotten the feeling they were overwhelmed by their responsibilities. This place is still new. The management's communication is horrible. We are still trying to get answers on moving out, when we moved out almost 3 weeks ago. They never reply to emails, in-person conversations at the office end with "I'll talk to my manager, I can't help you" but no talking to the manager happens (proven in later email conversation). Insane move out fees and practically no attempts to try and work with us or even communicate with us.
