DAY OF MOVE IN SEEN MORE THAN 20 ROACHES!! they sprayed and gave me traps. I asked for a new unit and they said they can’t guarantee me a pest free apartment which goes against my contract. My tub is chipping paint, and I found two big holes in the wall one behind the stove and one behind my bathroom mirror. I told them roaches were crawling in and out of the walls and they still haven’t fixed it. If you want to live pest free, don’t move here!! And they had the nerve to charge me a service fee for spraying!!!!

400 BELMONT Place is the best place I have ever lived. I am comfortable I feel safe it’s quiet and it’s very nice place to live.
