Excellent. It has been easy to work with the staff at the apartment. They are friendly and ready to help at all times! I did everything online and then went and viewed the property. The amenities are impressive!
Thank you Trinity! If it wasn’t for you, I honestly wouldn’t have moved here! I searched high and low to find an apartment that fit my needs as far as budget, priorities for location, size, and amenities! I mean I found a few, but 400 Belmont Apartments was always my favorite choice! Thanks to Mona and Andy as well!
Do not live here if you want any peace and quiet. They do not care AT ALL about noise complaints whether it be loud music or stomping from upstairs neighbors!!!!! The fire alarm goes off, in the middle of the night, at least once a month. (It’s going off as I'm writing this, which prompted this review) If you like being scared out of your sleep, this is the perfect place for you. Not to mention the random power outages. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and follow-through from the management team at this property. It has now been over two weeks since I was told by Andy that the finance team would resolve the issue regarding my security deposit refund. Despite this assurance, I have not received any updates or the refund itself.
