Do not live here if you want any peace and quiet. They do not care AT ALL about noise complaints whether it be loud music or stomping from upstairs neighbors!!!!! The fire alarm goes off, in the middle of the night, at least once a month. I’ve been living at 400 Belmont Apartments for the past 4 months, and my experience has been fantastic! The management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely care about keeping the property in great condition. The building is well-maintained, clean, and feels safe. My unit is spacious, comfortable, and everything has been in excellent working order since move-in.
