I recently toured 400 Belmont with Trinity, and she was exceptional. She provided clear information, answered every question thoroughly, and made the leasing process feel seamless. Her knowledge of the property and professionalism truly set her apart. 400 Belmont is lucky to have her.
I have been a resident at 400 Belmont for a year. I can honestly say my stay here has been the most convenient as far as commuting and one of the cleanest communities I have ever lived at. Trinity assisted me with finding my home. She is always willing to help however she can. The clubhouse is PERFECT for small gatherings and inviting guest. Absolutely loveeeeeddddd my tour experience here! Trinity was super knowledgable, friendly and thorough when it came to explaining the application and leasing process. I had a great time learning more about the community from her. The location is also a +++!!!! Will def be making this my new home soon.
I love this place! My girl Trinity gave me an awesome tour as we discussed different units. This is prime location in the heart of Atlanta. She was very nice and friendly. Very clean breezeway’s and the amenities are top notch. Thank you !!
Do not live here if you want A GOOD LIVING EXPERIENCE TRINNITY IS NICE WHEN SHES TOURING BUT ONCE YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK SHE TURNS‼️‼️‼️‼️l. They do not care AT ALL about noise complaints whether it be loud music or stomping from upstairs neighbors!!!!! THEY DO NOT LET YOU ENJOY THE COMMENT AREAS AS ADVERTISED The fire alarm goes off, in the middle of the night, at least once a month. .
