My move-in experience was fantastic! Trinity is so incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and responsive! Any issues or questions were (and are) addressed immediately. She went above and beyond to help me throughout the process! Working with her has given me confidence that, if any problems do come up, management will handle them right away. I moved into 400 Belmont about a month ago, and I can honestly say that the leasing office staff has been incredibly friendly and accommodating whenever I've had questions or concerns. I've submitted a few maintenance requests, and the service team responded very quickly each time, which has made living here much easier. Recently toured 400 Belmont, and I was thoroughly impressed, not just with the property, but with the exceptinal service from my tour guide, Mona. The property was very clean and maintained. She gave me a great tour and explained the community clearly. She answered all of my questions. Overall, it was a very professional experience from the beginning to the very end.
