I visited the property on March 7, 2025. I was given a written estimate for $2493.00 per month for a townhouse I liked. I was told if I waited til the end of the month the price may come down. My husband and I toured the place and loved it. Mona was super kind and helpful! The neighborhood is great and so is the community of people living there.
The apartment that I resided in was ideal. Great natural lighting, spacious common area, the gym was just down the stairs, and the pool area was nice and relaxing enough. I had minimal concerns within the apartment I resided in, but I also took care of a lot of minimal maintenance issues on my own. I wish there was a balcony but the onsite amenities made up for some of the things they were lacking. However what I didn’t care for was the lack of attentiveness from the staff. Today makes 2 months I have been a resident at 400 Belmont. I really enjoy my apartment and community. It’s safe , quiet and conveniently located. The staff is always attentive and willing to help. Jose , the head of the maintenance team is awesome to work with. The cleaning staff is hard working and does a great job keeping all the common areas looking nice.
