Cody is a sweetheart. Someone suggested him and 40V (where she goes). I wanted my blah gray perkier and my weak ends tended. It didn't quite turn out as I wished. I was given a refund, but my poor hair still hasn't recovered from the shock of a misinterpreted discussion. Cody is a lovely person and he tried to remedy, but I'm sticking to my almost original gray look two years later... (revised review).
I saw Kathleen and am SO SO happy with my hair. She was literally the sweetest and so easy to talk to too! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. She got my hair exactly like I was hoping for and to the blonde I was wanting!
Kassi is the best!!! Came in to do some balayage for the first time in 4 years and she did it PERFECTLY! Love it and love her.
