Best building in Midtown/Murray Hill! Great facilities and apartments, amazing staff all around. Been settled in for 6 months and couldn’t have asked for a better building. Joseph, James, Giovanny, Justin, Lance, Danny, Eric, nazir, Alberto, Etc. are the dream team. Don’t see myself leaving anytime soon

Having been living in 40 Park for 2 months, I am fortunate to say that I have no complaints. The staff has been nothing short of amazing and consistently there whenever we might need them. The apartments are clean and all appliances are functional. Everyone is nice and friendly.
We have been settled in for a few months and we love it. The staff of this building is incredible. From Joseph, James, and Lance at the door, to Eric and his crew, any time we have any sort of issue this team handles it like the professionals they are, with a great attitude and genuine care for the tenants of this building. We couldn’t be luckier.
I loved living at 40 Park. The building staff was wonderful and always friendly and helpful. My apartment was wonderful, having a balcony eas a plus. Im sorry i moved snd would love to move back.
