i’ve been trying to get into this place for 3yrs on a waiting list and nobody calls. i called last week to hear that they now offer low income housing starting at 1100$ monthly for a studio? If you don’t know the right ppl for this company they will not let you in is what i’m seeing.
There was a crack in the bricks below my window. Had ants during early spring, and rain leaked through in the summer. The electronic key they use broke multiple times for me. The gated parking lot that costs $100/month is hardly secure. The electronic gate malfunctioned and wouldn’t open during my lease two separate times. The delivery box outside doesn’t have a real lock. Property manager sent multiple messages to all residents saying to keep your dog from peeing on the grass. Perfect north end location. Safe and secure as the property manager and maintenance staff are attentive to our needs but really do a great job in creating a community by screening out any trouble. The negative reviews, are from those that didn't follow the high standards the rest of appreciate.
What a cool, historic building! It’s a former Packard showroom. If you have a dog, there’s a great little park in front for them to run and do their business. Cheryl, The building manager, is kind, professional and helpful. Craig, the maintenance man, is a good guy and solid handyman. Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible management and leasing staff. Will trick you out of $400/month in DTE costs, with no resolution to a broken meter!! Would not recommend living here.
