What a cool, historic building! It’s a former Packard showroom. If you have a dog, there’s a great little park in front for them to run and do their business. Cheryl, The building manager, is kind, professional and helpful. Craig, the maintenance man, is a good guy and solid handyman. You’ll love the roses in the parking lot when they bloom in the spring (see attached pic). Nice BBQ area in front (with charcoal & basic supplies provided.) Bummed we never took advantage of this. Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible management and leasing staff. Will trick you out of $400/month in DTE costs, with no resolution to a broken meter!! Would not recommend living here.
Management and leasing office is rude. They ask for your personal information even before meeting you or touring and then ghost you. Shows how they will be when you move in; the place looks nice but I would avoid it.
The leasing manager, Cheryl has been so accommodating during the process of touring to applying and signing my lease. This has been the best service I’ve ever received from a leasing office. If you’re looking for affordable and renovated industrial lofts in the midtown area, check out 40 Hague!
