Cannot get an answer out of the employees. I called and sent emails on Monday and was supposed to get a call back. When I didn't hear anything, I called again only to be advised that the person that was helping me was at lunch and would call me back. Why post a sale if you dont want to hold up on it
I wish I could give 10 stars. These guys are the best. They're knowledge of their products and patience while helping me decide on my selections were over the top. DJ, you are amazing!! You brought my dream to life, thank you!! I will continue to go to you for all of my Jeep needs/ wants (: RJ and Matt made the experience super fun as well. A HUGE thank you to the mechanics in the back too!! Will be recommending yall to everyone!!
Thank you to all the 4Wheel Parts crew who helped my son after a small accident on I64 in downtown RVA. He was slammed into a concrete wall and damaged his pitman arm and stirring box. We live in Newport News so we had to find a shop in the Richmond area, after the dealership was of no help considering his build with a lift kit. They didn’t want to do the work. We towed the Jeep to these guys, they did an outstanding job repairing his 2000 Wrangler TJ. Thanks guys!!! olllllllo
Took 1 month to get the cold air intake I wanted then they say they cant install it the way it come they would have to remove box and add flex tube to make it work. My last visit for sure!!!!
These guys don't have any concept of customer service. Technician couldn't even adjust the emergency brake cable properly on the second attempt -- they certainly charged me as if they'd done it correctly. Store manager didn't care. I won't be spending my money here and suggest that you consider this review before spending yours there.
Both my husband and I take our Jeeps here and have had nothing but great service. Highly recommend to fellow Jeepers.
First time I've ever been in the store. Was ready to make a 3k purchase for some wheels and tires. Not one person came out to talk with me after I was there for 10 mins. 2 people working at the counter. 1 appeared to be surfing the net and one was helping someone. Neither spoke to me and said they would be right with me. Guess I will take my business else where.
