Truly experts in their craft. They recommended tires and new headlights (huge upgrade over what I had stock) and installed a minor lift kit on my Jeep JK. Could not be happier working with this local 4x4 shop.

I made an appt well in advance to have steps/running board installed. I was told it would take 1-2 hrs. I was called to request that I come in at noon instead of 11:00 a.m. as they were backed up. I rearranged my schedule and arrived at noon, only to wait and be told at 12:30 that they weren't going to be able to get me out in two hours because the manager hadn't come in and the asst. manager doesn't work today (do I care?). Why didn't they just reschedule my appt instead of screwing up my whole day?
