I ordered a lift kit and it said I could pick it up in store. I showed up the following day and it was a week out for being available. So I then told them I wanted to get a different one that they said they would have first thing in the morning. Guess what they don't have. Cole and his team were great to work with!!! I dropped off my brand new truck and within a few days I left with what seemed to be a completely transformed brand new truck! They were very helpful from start to finish in picking out / finding certain accessories to satisfy my very picky nature!!
Poor, poor customer service. Twice in the last week I have called and I sat on hold for 12 minutes each time. Sales people are not knowledgeable. It's sad. This was the place to go 2-3 years ago. I know why people buy parts online now. The employees have become a bunch of order takers.
I have built numerous Jeeps and lifted a couple of trucks with the 4wheel Parts crew. They never fail to knock it out of the park for me. I highly recommend.
I went to 4 Wheel parts with the intention of purchasing a simple bumper that I had damaged on my 2014 JK Rubicon. By the time I was done I spent nearly $10K, bumpers, winch, tire carrier, 2.5" lift, tires, wheels, lights and a stinger. When it was complete and we worked out some bugs, I headed to Moab and I now have a bad A$$ Jeep that can go anywhere!!! Great service and very helpful!

Outstanding customer service, they spent 2 hours in a Friday (at the end of the day) making sure that my Jeep was safe for my Moab trip that day when other shops would have told me that they didn't have time.
