Had an accessory installed on my Ram 1500. I found the staff to be professional and courteous. Job was done efficiently and in a timely manner.
Staff is pretty friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the biggest problem is the prices. Every single item I've price checked from this place is 10% or more expensive than through amazon or just simple google search, including shipping. Depending on your needs you might opt to use them to warranty certain items, depending on their policies. Overall a reliable source for parts and advice, but it isn't cheap.

I went in without an appointment. I was traveling the very next day. Double towing. My air bag controller wasn’t working. Though they were booked solid, they squeezed me in and fixed the problem. I also was interested in a front kit and they happened to have one in stock. He actually found time to install it right away! Chris, Jason, and my tech Patrick were amazing.
