Give Talbot a raise and the dude that had to deal with some rusty nuts and bolts hahahaha so happy with the whole process even with some of the hiccups that in my opinion are normal haha needed new ball joints and Talbot even warned me about it prior to letting me know for sure. Like stated start to finish was a really great experience!
Great staff and very helpful, they didn't try and sell me things I didn't want or need. They did make me a priority list of things I may want to do next. The only thing I wish I would've gotten a time estimate, I live in the Springs and would've sent the parts there instead.
They did a great job swapping my tires from my oem wheels and installing them on my new fuel wheels but the reason i give them a 3 star is because when they put my oem wheels in the bed of my truck they never put them in boxes my fuel wheels came in. I understand it’s partially my fault for not specifying i needed those boxes back for storage but I didn’t think i had to ask. And when i called the following day cuz the shop was already closed when i got home they didn’t have my boxes or any other boxes i could use...
Austin was awesome and they have lots of Jeep parts that I need. We don't have a store in Amarillo so I will be making a visit to 4 Wheel Parts every time I visit Denver.
