Recommendedit started out bumpy but Andrew the manager made everything a overall good experience
stopped in the shop a few weeks ago looking for a bullbar, couldn't find the exact look I wanted,. Went online and found one made in USA, but not from 1 of their vendors. They told me to order it and they'd get it installed for me. called them this past Thursday, they got me in Saturday morning and while I'm out Christmas shopping, they knocked it out of the park! Great job guys, will be back for fender flares and new tires next year!

These guys were fantastic! I have always been happy with the service I get in Cleveland. When my Jeep started pulling to the left, I was a little apprehensive about going into the Columbus store. They immediately took it in and got it fixed in under 2 hours! They could not have been kinder! Really good people!
I had a lift put on my JKU supposedly a 3.5 inch it sits barely higher than a stock wrangler. When I called to bring it to their attention I was told that it’s a progressive lift so it won’t actually sit much higher just give a better ride. That’s not what I paid for. I don’t think it rides any better on or off-road.
I went in today and had a roof rack system installed on my 2015 JK, along with a new steering dampener. Terry and the guys that did the actual install did an absolutely phenomenal job and I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness from everyone there!!! I’ve got a few more things I want to have done on my rig and these guys will be handling it and they have definitely earned my trust and ongoing business!!!!!
Thanks Tim for all your help and great customer service! Zac did a great job on the Rubicon Express install. Thanks Kyle for the SYE, Driveshaft, & lower control arms. All driveline vibration is gone & no signs of “Death Wobble”. I have to say my drive home was one of the smoothest rides this TJ has ever had! Very satisfied customer! Thanks again!
