By far the worst customer service experience I've ever been through. I'll try to condense as best as possible. I purchased a product for my truck bed here, along with installation. When I picked up my truck I immediately noticed damage to the new product. The GM of the store said he'd file warranty and get the parts coming. I was immediately skeptical and asked, why install it in the first place? For well over a week I could never get a straight answer, and all along the GM was trying to insist I could use the product anyway... read more

The employees are outstanding! They went above and beyond to help with my tire cover that was sold new without a key from Jeep. Jeep in Olathe told me to go to a locksmith for a damaged cover that is no longer available. They also told me to go to the original car dealer or Toys for Trucks. The problem was solved. They sawed off the lock and put a soft cover on, after looking for a replacement.. Thank you for helping solve a major problem. Recently, my car had to be towed for a flat tire.

Went to Toys for Trucks today to get some clamps that had broken on my tonneau cover. He had a black one that was almost identical to mine and a bunch of shorter ones. Told him I would take four and he stated they were not in inventory and gave them to me. This is what I call AWESOME customer service, maybe that is the reason I have bought a couple of tonneau covers and running board there! I will go back!!!
