So very disappointed. Ordered a backup camera for our Jeep for a Christmas present a couple weeks ago. 1st appointment was rescheduled due to wrong camera sent from another store. Then called and told us the replacement was lost by FedEx. Then told they reordered from.Las Vegas and it could be installed today. Drove hour and a half 2 vehicles dropped it off , had them check it out before we left they said that it would work fine. After being a satisfied loyal customer for many years, I will not be back! It seems since the merge with ORW things have went downhill Considerably! SHOP SUCKS!!!! What used to be a thorough 2 to 3 hour job for a re-torque on my lift kit was now a scheduled appointment that took an "entire day". Had my 2022 colorado zr2 in there for lift and rims/tires. Stewart helped me so much! Went back and forth about 50 emails getting it right and it came out perfect. Top notch. Stewart is a true asset to the company.
