Alex Figueroa took the time to help me shop for lights and an on board air compressor for my Raptor. As soon as the parts arrived, called and scheduled an appointment. The install was great. Felt like the pricing, install and shopping assist time was all great. Thanks.....
Brought my 2006 Jeep Wrangler in for a suspension and overall assessment. Was told that the $185 evaluation change would be applied to any repairs I chose to do. After I recieved my $14k quote, I asked about the $185 and they said it would not be deducted from any repairs and that the intake person had “misspoken”. Update: The Manager reached out the same day and apologized for the misunderstanding and that the assessment fee would be credited. The associate who said it would not was coached.
Everyone that works here are great and have great off road knowledge, prices are competitive and they will work with you. They even do instalation
So very disappointed. Ordered a backup camera for our Jeep for a Christmas present a couple weeks ago. 1st appointment was rescheduled due to wrong camera sent from another store. Then called and told us the replacement was lost by FedEx. Then told they reordered from.Las Vegas and it could be installed today. Drove hour and a half 2 vehicles dropped it off , had them check it out before we left they said that it would work fine. Hung around Temecula from 10am until 5:15 before they finally called and said that it didn't fit... read more
