No wonder they have so many employees and parts at Tampa 4 Wheel Parts. They charge you for everything up front. I called to make an appointment for a wheel alignment and they charged me $85 (half of the wheel alignment cost) over the phone. That should’ve been a red flag but I ignored it because I needed it. I dropped off my Jeep five days later and within 2 hours I received a call stating I needed ball joints and replace the drive shaft for $1550.
