No masks, no customer service, taking the concept of "no contact" all wrong! Ordered a front hitch on July 5th. Paid $182.99 vs $122.19 on Amazon and $169 on etrailer.com thinking that ordering it from somewhere nearby I'd get it sooner. Big mistake! I just discovered a dishonest and shady practice when I hired @4wheelpartsofficial to install my new tires. When I picked up my truck they told me that they lost some lugs nuts (which seemed weird) and they replaced them with some black ones. Come to find out when putting my tire back in the hub, @4wheelpartsofficial broke several studs, then replaced them with a fine thread stud of a different size, then used these new black lugs nuts to fit and never told me what really happened.
