I used to like going to four wheel parts and have made several purchase at the Tropicana store, unfortunately since the move to W Russell the customer service has gone out the window. If you need something done it takes forever, if you have a question it seems like an inconveniance for them, it's to bad that a move has screwed the customer experience at the store.
