Started off great. Went in to get new ball joints, and steering components. Left with a reasonable bill and promise of installing. Researched the parts they had recommended. Turns out they only fit an '06 jeep I have an '08. When I went in to let them know they're was a mistake. I was pleasantly assisted in trying to find the right ones. Had a suspension upgrade done. They took 2 hours longer than the manufacturer lists for someone doing it at home in their own driveway. Didn't do what I asked of them to do with a simple adjustment ("We forgot"). Screwed up the billing from the estimate that I was given 5 days before the work. There was a monthly special that came with a free piece of equipment if you purchased the upgrade during that month, which of course they forgot to give me and I had to ask them about at the end and the salesman did know was even a mon... read more
