First time working with 4 Wheel Parts, and last time. Ordered a part weeks ago that was supposed to "arrive way in time" for a trip I have planned. They dragged their feet finding it even though I told them the urgency of the matter, and they told me it would be here in 3-5 days. RecommendedWe bought our Smittybilt Overlander tent thru 4WP and had it installed there as well. They did an excellent job and we have used the tent many times with no problems. Great products and outstanding customer service . These folks know their stuff!

First time ordering from 4WP since they have a supposed good reputation and I have not been impressed so far. I ordered a Roof top tent set up online as it told me the order would all be together within "5-7" business, with some of the parts being ready to go within 24 hours or the next day. days which was just fine with me. 2 days later I went in to look for some separate hardware, and figured I would check on the order status.
