Ordered a soft top, Friday April 24th for next business day pick up. Show up 2 business days later to pick up order to find out they never ordered product. Instead of having it overnighted like advertised I was told the top would be a week out, or 3 day shipped to my home. WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE FOR SHIPPING OF SAME DAY IF BEFORE 3pm IF YOU CANT FOLLOW THROUGH! why do you ask what are ways you can improve when you really dont give a sh**t on ways to improve? you literally said you didnt care what we thought. i dont agree with the "customer is always right" but you guys couldnt even communicate with one another to do as you promised you would...i used to think very highly of this company but after the way we were treated, i will no longer recommend you guys.
The prices for parts are good, but the prices for services are a bit extreme. You can get mounting/balancing on big tires done on their internet site for $15 each, so $60 total. I did it at their store instead and got charged $175. Then I was gonna be charged a "discounted" price of $60 for an alignment (normally $120), but when they started doing the alignment in the parking lot with a tape measure, I said "nope", not paying them to do that.
Very disappointed as they are not standing behind their promise!!!! The mud flaps I purchased per their recommendation now they won’t install? Even the store manager is giving me the run around!!! MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!!
Hands down will always do business with this place, always come thru when needed.
