We had to second Appraisal required 1st one incorrect house. Peggy Tipton when above and beyond to do her job professionally and efficient. She supplied data that was accurate and extensive to Keller Williams and BB&T mortgage companies requirements. Very satisfied.
Please avoid this agency and please make sure you request that your lending institution use another firm. I live in Farmington Missouri and they were hired by a lender I was working with. I had an appraisal done 90 days before they arrived (prior to the completion of the 1,700 sq/ft addition and complete remodel of the old home). Their evaluation of my property actually decreased by 30k, following the completion of the home! Why? She used 6 comps, 2 from the local area and 4 from other cities. I would give a lower rating if possible! Appraised my home very low, comparison homes were totally off, didn't return phone calls, took 3 weeks to get a report in. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Now, we have to hire someone to dispute her "work".
