RecommendedGreat experience all around. Good communication. Fair prices (we got two estimates total). The crew was nice, worked fast, and the quality is there. Juan was very transparent - very detailed estimate. We had a partial driveway replacement because water was flowing toward the house; now it flows away from it!
Juan and his team are fantastic. They were good about communicating with my husband and I in a timely manner from the initial contact all the way though the whole process. They completed an exposed aggregate patio for us, and it's exactly what we wanted. They were one of the only companies we contacted who would do work in Oak Park, and they were reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have had some truly nightmarish experiences with contractors as a homeowner, but 4 Way takes the cake. What follows is a comedy of errors in driveway installation. TL;DR: delays, front office incompetence, permitting issues that nearly cost me $18,000 in a new drainage system, refusal to honor their warranty until I threatened to write an honest review, and now, a year after the fact, I've just been told by my city inspector...
