While I have absolutely no complaints about the grooming services received in the past, I have to say I was disappointed with the customer service received this morning. My calendar said drop off was 8:30 but when I arrived at 8:15, I was told it was 8:00 and there was a $10 late fee. I really thought the young lady was kidding as I'm always prompt picking up and dropping off. I'm also in total agreement with charging a late fee for those that are always late and repeatedly take advantage of your time. I know how busy your s... read more
My baby isn't scared to go to the groomers anymore since she's been here!
The women there really love dogs and treat my "boys" like gold.
Not happy with the customer service they give!!!! Apparently appointments do not mean anything to them and the want to stick it to the customer for their mistakes!!! Please ask questions and make sure you check the status of your pet! NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
