They are rude people. We called to see what we can get for a ps4 and they told us to bring it by and they instantly denied us, before even checking out the item. Don’t tell people to bring it by if you’re not looking to sell it. Do better. I hope you guys get shut down. This is not the first time it’s happened to me but friends and family.

The dozen other people are right. More rude and disrespectful than even the worst time I've had at the DMV. How they're even still in business is wild.
