I wanted to rent a lift to stain my house. My original source fell through and I ended up renting one from 4 star. I used a credit card to hold the lift. The lift was sub par at best but got the job done. I wasn't home when they picked it up because they didn't pick it up at the time stated. They over charged my card and sent me a paid invoice. Excellent service every time!
We rent hundreds of lifts a year and never had a problem we couldn't resolve. But this company and their equipment are a joke. Equipment would not function properly the first night so we called to have them picked up. They refused to pick them up and said our guys were not smart enough to plug them in. After it was all said and done we were stuck paying them 1,600 for 3 lifts we couldn't use. Save yourself the headache and call a real rental company.
