Been going to this gym for over four years. It’s fantastic. Has every workout equipment you need and always kept immaculately clean. Jason and the rest of the coaching staff are great. They are super knowledgeable, works at your pace/ progress level and always figuring out ways to improve your training program. Just the coolest and nicest group of people! They are opening a Mar vista location which I’m very excited for!

Just joined the El Segundo location. The staff here is great, they are passionate about what they do, and keep the place clean and functioning smoothly. They have all the equipment I desire without the bogged down feeling of a big box gym. My only wish is that they had a scan to enter on both doors, but a few button presses on a keypad won’t stop me from coming here.

The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and make learning and trading a fun and interactive experience. If you start working out here, you won't be happy at any other gym, anywhere.
