Dan was truly our eyes as we buy a house sight unseen. He was through in his inspection and available to answer any questions in detail as we were not there to do the walk through. Plus, his website is an incredible resource, making the inspection notes easy to follow AND provide a list of requests to our realtor. Beyond impressed with the person, the service and the tools 4-square builders has to offer. 10/10 recommend
He was extremely thorough and when we showed up to the inspection a bit late he took the time to walk us through everything he had already looked at and any problem areas he may have found. His report was detailed and concise. It even included pictures and videos of the things he thought needed to be repaired or replaced. Can't say enough great things about Dan. I'm in the military and was buying a house in Jacksonville without ever actually seeing the house in person. Dan was very flexible on times, showed up early, and the amount of things he found and detail in his report was amazing. He was able to quote home regulations, provided many detailed pictures, and even provided video clips of some of the more major issues. What can I say, Dan arrived on time (punctual indeed) there before me which was great! He was very professional and thorough, he left no stone unturned and checked everything which was great! I'm a first time home buyer so the process was scary but he gave it to me straight and listened to all my concerns. I recommend Dan to everyone he's also very affordable..
Dan provided exceptional service. His work was thorough and he provided a very good written report with written notes, photos and video. He wsa gracious enough to be my eyes for this long distance purchase and took the time to discuss the report in detail with me by phone after I had reviewed the written report. Another plus was the fact I could leave notes in reference to the trouble areas and share those with my realtor for negoitation on repairs needed. I would not hesitate recommending him to my family and friends.
