We've lived in our home 2 and one-half years and love it. Jeannie was great (now retired) and the follow-up on issues were dealt with promptly to make our home just right. BUT! We recently had a cheap plastic valve pop on a water line and incurred over $30,000 in damage. My plumber was looking at something last week and found another cheap valve. I've had him go through the entire house and replace them all. I asked Tom if 4 Shore could cover my deductible and he flatly said the warranty was for one year. Sorry. Disappointin... read more
