I went to settlement December 2022. Within months, the house had an electrical problem that I paid an electrician to repair. Sparks came out of the outlet. I called 4Shore but didn't get a response. The electrician suggested the builder inspect all the outlets since the ones he checked showed shoddy workmanship. 4Shore reluctantly agreed and 2 guys showed up and within 3 hours they said they checked all the outlets. Working with 4 Shore Homes was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When we first met with them, we knew what we wanted and thankfully they had a model for sale at the time that fit our wants & needs perfectly! The staff is amazing! Tom & Melissa are literally the best , communication was always a breeze, they’re very straightforward, no beating around the bush. We've lived in our home 2 and one-half years and love it. Jeannie was great (now retired) and the follow-up on issues were dealt with promptly to make our home just right. BUT! We recently had a cheap plastic valve pop on a water line and incurred over $30,000 in damage. My plumber was looking at something last week and found another cheap valve. I've had him go through the entire house and replace them all. I asked Tom if 4 Shore could cover my deductible and he flatly said the warranty was for one year. Sorry. Disappointin... read more
