4 Seasons Tree Service just left after doing a great job in trimming our Sweet Gum tree that had a whole bunch of dead branches on it. Kathleen Strack was great to work with and was willing to negotiate with me a fair price since we are on a fixed income. Her guys also did a great clean up and loaded all the branches and debris in their truck and hauled it away. The last time we had someone come, they left all the branches for us to dispose of. Very satisfied with their work.
Where do I begin? This was a horrible experience. Kathy came out on Saturday night to look at the job we wanted done. She assured us that she and her crew could do it in a timely fashion and we would be very happy. Neither happened. Her crew was supposed to show up on Monday to remove a branch hanging from our tree. He was supposed to be at the house Monday morning. He did not show up until Tuesday. He supposedly got stuck out of state. Okay, things happen.
