Great experience from start to finish on getting a new flat roof installed. Jason was very communicative throughout the whole process and answered every question I had along the way. He really valued me as a customer and was flexible with some last-minute changes I wanted for installing crickets and a slope solution. I had spoken to them originally about replacing the roof when we purchased our home and they mentioned they were familiar with our property because they had come out to give a quote on repairs to the previous owners, but did not feel comfortable putting their name on a repair project that truly needed replacing. We had a plumbing vent pipe on the roof that was badly sealed and leaking during rain. From initial inspection to estimate and repair, 4 Seasons LLC and Jason were professional, patient, transparent, and committed to quality.
