I was out of the country when I had a carbon monoxide leak and Scott was on it right away when he was recommended to me. By the time I came home two days later, I had a new furnace and he also reconfigured my furnace room to bring it to code which was long overdue. Our conditioner wasn't working properly during the very few hot days we have had this month. Scott came out the same day, and quickly fixed our problem. He explained the issues, was great with the chaos of two dogs and a baby, thorough with his diagnosis and fix. Scott will forever be our go to guy for any issues we have. 10/10 recommend!!
My water heater broke down on Sunday, it came with the house so been hanging on since 1998. Even though Scott is away on vacation at the lake with his family, he still contacted me several times to get the situation figured out. An hour and a half later, Aiden & Jason are walking up my walk with the new one! Super polite men, cleaned up great, only took them about 1.5 hours. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business. 4 Seasons sold me a water heater that keeps turning off in the winter, which never happened in 19 years of my old water heater. I've had promise after promise from Scott about him contacting the manufacturer to start the warranty process, but I've been dealing with a malfunctioning unit for 7 months now.
