We hired 4 seasons paint & remodeling for renovations in our home. We met with Julio Mendoza, signed the contract on January, 25th, 2017, and gave him the initial deposit. He wanted full payment up front, which we would not agree to and spilt labor cost into 3 installments. Our contracted start date was January 30th, 2017.
