Had a dip manicure done by Kayla. She's does a lovely job and was quick as well. Very nice!
If I could 0 stars I would. I made a pedicure appointment for 4:20p and by the time it started it was 5:18p! I told them I only had time now to just paint them. What was supposed to be a relaxing time, turned into a very frustrating situation. I would have been much happier doing them myself at home. I have a toddler, so not a bunch of free time, I like to relax during my little bit of free time! I truly don't know why they even bother to schedule appointments. Very nice first experience. Quiet, relaxing and got what I asked for.
I had a gift certificate to use and called to make an appointment, showed up on time and had to wait 30 minutes!! I was about to leave when they said they were finally ready for me. The man rushed through my gel manicure in 18 minutes, painted gel over parts of my cuticles and I had to ask him afterwards to file off the excess gel that went under my nail because there was run off.
