I loved this place, but these were supposed to be my prom nails and they were all sideways on my left hand. I have never had this happen, they’ve always done a great job. But I was very disappointed and for toes and nails 115 wasn’t worth it. And after taking them off the took parts of my real nails off. Terrible service . Rude service . They do not listen to you when you explain to them what you need .

I had gel nails one week ago exactly and the paint has worn off my French tips on most of my fingers.

I have gone here since their doors opened. Very fond of Tom. I get pedicure and acrylics with gel on both every two weeks, consider myself a great tipper. I had a gentleman do my pedicure and recently had my nails taken off for a break so I asked for a manicure. He proceeded to do my mani at pedicure chair, not uncommon. Well there was no soaking of my hands, no cuticles, mainly got my nails “shined” and shaped and clear coat applied. Hmmm I thought not a mani. At checkout I am charged a full 30.00 for manicure.
