This place is so unprofessional I called requesting a nail tech in particular by the name of Kristi was my first choice. I was told Kristi did not have anything available so I went with another tech had a 12 o’clock appointment. The appointment was changed to 1230 I get there and a young lady walks in with no appointment at all. Ask for Kristi and sits down. No one apologize they had me sitting at a TECH booth that never came out because she refused to do my nails for whatever reason do not go here!!!!!!!! The communication ... read more

I called ahead of time as I wanted dip powder. Spoke to the owner and she said to come that someone would do my nails. Jessica was suppose to be the person who did my nails she was putting polish on her client and was to do me next. Then she said she had to do her pedicure. I waited patiently then she went and did her brows. All knowing I was waiting once she finished and was getting to me she pushed me off on Corrina who had no clue she was to do my nails and probably would have started them an hour ago. I haven’t found a great nail salon since covid! However, they have surpassed what I was looking for. Kirstie is the best!
