I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by 4 Seasons International Management Inc. I have called multiple times—at least three to four times—to inquire about my condo parking situation, yet I have never received a response. Emails are also completely ignored. When something in my unit needed repair, I reported it, but again, there was no follow-up or action taken. The level of service is unacceptable. Great Property Management Company! I've had a great experience working with 4 Seasons. They are professional, responsive, and reliable. Anytime I have a question or need assistance, their team is quick to help. They keep properties well-maintained and make the management process smooth and stress-free. Great value for their service. 0 stars. To enter the building you need a key fob if you don’t have it or forgot it you are out of luck and need to wait for someone to exit before you can go in. I waited one time from 9:45 pm to 7am in my car because I couldn’t get in. We use to have a code to punch on the intercoms but not anymore. THERES NO LOCK OUT PROCEDURES. Front desk personnel is NEVER there I have lived here for over 2 years and never seen him on a regular basis. My mother comes to visit and has actually never seen him at that desk. Lack of communication and maintenence of property. Teenagers work the front desk without any real customer service skills. Avoid this HOA at all costs.

'4 Season International Management' is a true mockery as they dare to use their name as a spin-off of the unrelated 'Four Season' hotel. These crooks are unprofessional and the home repair service is terrible or non-responsive like the other people say on Google review. Plenty of broken things in their apartments not limited to the elevator, bugs, mold in their buildings. They also seem to think they are a dictator or a communist government and loves to come up with false and unlawful house rules that are never in the bylaw... read more
