This guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend him - if you take a call then be available to answer questions, if not, then don’t take phone calls.
J came out in the winter and did a great inspection for me. I’m a first time homebuyer and he also taught me how to use different things and showed me how the features outside worked and needed to be maintained. There was snow on the roof so he did not go on the roof but offered to come back later, and he did come back a few months later to get on the roof for me. Really great service. I would definitely recommend and use him again.
