Fantastic customer service! Busted a pulley belt on Saturday mid way through a mow. I ran down to 4 Seasons to grab another. No mechanic on duty, but the salesmen jumped out there and replaced the belt for me in the parking lot! You just don’t get this kind of customer service anymore!
Fixed my mower in a timely fashion at a reasonable price.
Tell them what mower is doing and they didn't fix the problem.
Dropped my machine off for a full service. After an hour use, it was broken again. Fuel leaking everywhere. Hoses completely disconnected. Return the machine a second time. When I picked it up, it was squeaking worse than it was when I dropped it off. Even though the grease fittings were greased on the initial service each one took over a dozen pumps before fresh grease could be seen. They showed zero interest in any of my concerns.
